Are your teams insured?
Yes — bonded, insured, and background-checked. Every team is a W-2 employee, not a subcontractor.
What supplies do you bring?
Everything — cleaners, cloths, vacuums, mops. Plant-based products by default; let us know if you want us to use your own.
What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. Reschedule any time up to 24 hours before your visit at no charge.
How do I pay?
We charge your card on file the morning of service. No cash needed.
Do you clean move-outs the same day as move-ins?
Yes — we regularly do same-day turnovers for landlords, tenants, and short-term rentals.
Can I trust you with a key?
Absolutely. All keys and codes are stored securely and only shared with your assigned team.
